This policy explains what data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose, and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting and server log data
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Cloudflare technically processes connection data (such as your IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, and pages accessed) that is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably, including protection against attacks. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process this data on servers outside Switzerland and the EU; transfers are safeguarded by recognised mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. 3. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not include third-party analytics. We use a single entry in your browser's local storage to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice. This entry contains no personal data and never leaves your device.
4. Fonts
All fonts used on this website are hosted on our own infrastructure. No connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service is established when you visit this site.
5. Booking a demo (Calendly)
If you book a demo via the links on this website, you are taken to Calendly, a scheduling service of Calendly LLC, 1315 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, USA. Any data you enter there (such as your name, email address, and chosen appointment) is processed by Calendly on our behalf to arrange the meeting. 6. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (email address, content of your message) to handle your enquiry. This data is stored only as long as necessary to process the enquiry and any follow-up, or as required by statutory retention obligations.
7. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your personal data. Data is disclosed to third parties only where described in this policy (hosting, scheduling), where we are legally obliged to do so, or where you have consented.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, and delete or anonymise it thereafter.

Subject to the applicable law, you have the right to:

- have inaccurate data corrected,
- request deletion of your data,
- object to processing or request its restriction, and
- receive your data in a portable format.
